Whatever it is, we’ll assess you and work with you to design an individual coaching plan you’re happy to commit to.

But it’s helpful for everyone if results have some relationship to personal goals and performance indicators.
Our Executive Coaching plans have 4 distinct phases. After an initial review, clients commit to their personal plan before embarking on the coaching in phase 3. We’ll document the whole process so that everyone’s clear about our joint commitment.
